A burger with Meatless Gyros, herbal mushrooms, onion jam and vegan cheese can be easily described in one word: yum!

INGREDIENTS: hamburger bun 60 g of Meatless Gyros or Kebeb (optional MeatLess Bacon or Garlic Ham make your burger more meaty) 20 g of mushroom+ pich of thyme and rosemary, teaspoon of oil handful of rocket salad slice of vegan cheese 10 g of red onion 10 g sugar 1/2 tablespoon of apple vinegar
Prepare the onion: cut onion and boil with sugar and vinegar. Cook for half an hour, stirring occcasionally. At the end you can add fresh rosemary.
Prepare mushrooms: clean and cut into thin slices, add thyme and rosemary. Put in the oven for a couple of minutes.
Fry kebab for about 4 minutes in a dry frying pan.
Heat the roll with cheese, add kebab, mushrooms, rocket salad and onion. You can add your favourite sauce. Serve with fries. Enjoy!
