Pita bread with Meatless Kebab and vegetables

Something simple yet delicious! Meatless Kebab, fresh vegetables, and warm pita bread are a great way for a quick lunch or dinner. It's flavorful, filling and nourishing, and takes less than 10 minutes to prepare!


wheat or graham pita bread

1/2 packet of Meatless Kebab

handful of lettuce or baby spinach

5 cm of fresh cucumber

1/2 of a small tomato

pickles of your choice (marinated peppers, turnips, cucumbers, pumpkin, etc.)

2-3 tbsp of hummus

1. Wash and dry the vegetables. Peel the cucumber and cut it into slices, dice the tomato and shred the lettuce with your fingers.

2. Heat an oil-free frying pan and fry the Meatless Kebab for about 4 minutes, stirring sparingly.

3. Heat the pita as described on the package, put the hummus, vegetables, and Meatless Kebab inside.
