Shakshuka with Meatless Chorizo

We found a way to start a great day! Discover the perfect breakfast with Meatless Chorizo that will surely put you back on your feet!


Ingredients:


- Meatless Chorizo

- tomato passata

- garlic

- onion and chives

- peppers

- zucchini

- olives

- favorite bread


Preparation:


1. Dice vegetables into small cubes and fry in olive oil for a while.

2. Then add the passata and olives. Simmer together for a moment, then add spices: salt, pepper, garlic, a pinch of Roman cumin.

3. Finally, add the Meatless Chorizo and sprinkle it with the chives.

4. Serve with your favorite bread.
