Meatless Chilli Kabanos Sausage is not only a perfect cold snack. They also get along with a nutritious stew full of vegetables and aromatic spices. Its preparation takes just a moment, but the warming feeling of happiness after eating it remains for a long time :)
INGRIDIENTS:
4 Meatless Chilli Kabanos Sausages
1 red onion
2 peppers
can of tomatoes
3 tablespoons of paprika paste
half a large zucchini
2 carrots
spices (salt, cayenne pepper, garlic, sweet and smoked paprika)
PREPARATION:
1. Fry the finely chopped onion in a pan. Then add the chopped peppers, finely sliced carrots and after a while the zucchini.
2. Fry the vegetables over low heat for a few minutes. Add tomatoes and chopped into small pieces Meatless Chilli Kabanos.
3. Add spices: salt, cayenne pepper, a pinch of garlic, sweet pepper and half a teaspoon of smoked paprika.
